EBRD invites women entrepreneurs to training in Ashgabat

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development announced the holding of a training “From Entrepreneurship to Enterprise” from the “Women in Business” series in Ashgabat. The course is designed to develop small and medium-sized enterprises led by women and improve corporate governance.

The two-stage training will be held on June 3-5 and June 6-7, 2024. The program is designed for the effective transition of business to a new level and includes topics of strategic planning, process optimization, personnel management, etc.

The trainer will be Marina Poghosyan, a certified coach and management consultant with more than 20 years of experience. It has been cooperating with the EBRD since 2006 on small business support programs.

To participate in the training, you must fill out an application via the link before May 13. Applicants will undergo an online interview, after which a competitive selection of a limited number of participants will be held.
