1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution on the establishment of the Strategic Advisory Council “Turkmenistan - United Nations”. This step is aimed at systematic cooperation with the UN and its structures in the implementation of national programs and international initiatives of Turkmenistan.
2. From March 11 to 13, the 15th meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States will be held in Ashgabat. The resolution was signed by the President of Turkmenistan.
3.Registration for the International Forum to attract foreign investment in the energy sector of Turkmenistan, which will be held on April 24-25 in Paris, continues.The organizers of this prestigious event are the State Concerns “Turkmengas” and “Turkmennebit” in partnership with the “Turkmen Forum” and the British company GaffneyCline.

4. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan will become a full member of the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Turkic States. This decision was announced at an extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly of the association with the participation of representatives of the Turkmen side.
5.Ashgabat will host the International Conference “Main directions and potential for tourism development in Turkmenistan” on March 27-28 this year.Eminent guests from the UN World Tourism Organization, the International Organization of World Heritage Cities, Georgia, Sri Lanka, China, Germany, Sweden, Japan and Iran have already confirmed their participation in the forum.
The forum will include a scientific and practical conference, working meetings and the signing of cooperation agreements between tour operators.An exhibition presenting the tourism potential of Turkmenistan will be held in the lobby of the “Yyldyz” hotel.

6.The 71st “Miss World” beauty pageant ended in Mumbai.The coveted crown and title of winner was received by 23 years old Kristina Pyskova, a charming representative of the Czech Republic.
Christina shone on stage in a luxurious silver dress with a cape made of ostrich feathers.Answering the jury’s questions, she confidently stated: “Being a woman is a gift!” Pyskova became the second “Miss World” from the Czech Republic in the history of the competition.
Previously, in 2006, this title was won by Tatyana Kucharzhova.

8.AFC Women’s Football Day was celebrated in Ashgabat.It was organized by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan together with the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Physical Education and Sports in order to popularize women's football and mass involvement of girls in sports.
Within the framework of the holiday program, a football festival for girls was held, which ended with the presentation of gifts and a group photo as a souvenir.
9. 23 years old midfielder of the Kyrgyz “Abdysh-Ata” Teymur Charyev was invited to the Turkmenistan national team to participate in the March training camp and qualifying matches for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Charyev will join the national team immediately after the return match of the 1/4 finals of the AFC Cup, in which his team “Abdysh-Ata” will play with the Taiwanese “Taichung Futuro” on March 13.
In the first meeting of these teams, which ended in the victory of “Abdysh-Ata” with a score of 5:0, Charyev scored a goal in the 89th minute.
10.In Moscow, within the framework of the international exhibition “Russia”, a presentation of the new playing uniform of the Russian national football team was held.The event was attended by football veterans, current players of the national team and the Youth Football League.
The new form was developed in collaboration with the Russian company Jögel.The project involves mass production of uniforms: national teams of all ages will play in them, and they will be available for purchase by fans.
The visual component of the new kit is inspired by fairy tales: the home kit is decorated with Firebird symbols, and the away kit is decorated with frost symbols.
