Company Growth Tools at EBRD Online Course

Turkmen entrepreneurs participate in an online workshop “Diagnostics of your business as a tool for your company’s growth” organized by the EBRD in partnership with the European Union… The training course brought together about 20 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses of Turkmenistan.

The training is conducted by a team of experts in business planning and management, as well as in marketing and finance.Thus, Rustam Davletov, owner of the IT Company told the participants about the right approaches to management, optimization of business processes, as well as corporate and online tools in this area.

According to him, the business process must have a single manager who controls the process, and is responsible for its result.

Human resources management also has an important role to play.In this regard, Valentina Grigorieva, Chairperson of the Marketing Committee of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Management Consultants, spoke about the system and psychology of personnel management.

The management system implies personnel selection and adaptation, training and development, assessment of skills and results, remuneration, etc.During the online workshop, company owners, under the guidance of consultant trainers, analyzed their enterprises, and compiled a SWOT analysis and a risk map.

A separate section is devoted to information technology and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure.

The training will end on November 13.
