The USAID Modern Skills Development Project (YDA) invites executives and company representatives interested in participating as employers in the recruiting training program.
The training program is aimed at training young specialists in the search and selection of personnel in various fields.During the training, participants will master the profession of a recruiter, study advanced methods of searching for talent, the theory of organizing personnel management, as well as the skills of effectively using modern technologies and artificial intelligence to create and develop the company’s HR brand in the labor market.
Representatives of employing companies will be able to present their companies to program participants and conduct interviews with participants with a view to further offering employment or internships.
The recruiting training program will last until June 14.
