Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen plans to visit Ashgabat to take part in the opening ceremony of the permanent mission of the State of Israel in Turkmenistan, reports Trend with reference to Israeli media.
Cohen's visit to the capital of Turkmenistan will be on April 20. Let us note that for 10 years the Israeli Embassy in Ashgabat had a temporary structure, which will now become a permanent diplomatic mission.
The Israeli Foreign Minister stressed that the relations between the two countries are important and strategic, and this step will further strengthen them and expand cooperation.
