Today, the transition to the use of new renewable energy sources is of global significance, being implemented in parallel with the national policies of the world's leading powers. All this contributes to active cooperation between countries at both political and economic levels.
At a time of global energy transition, the Turkmenistan Energy Investment Forum in Paris (TEIF 2024) plays an important role as a leading platform to highlight current events, expert opinions and develop bilateral relations between national companies and foreign investors to further develop energy transition strategies.
Active preparations continue for TEIF 2024, which will be held on 24-25 April in Paris, France. The Forum is organized by the State Concerns "Turkmengaz" and "Turkmennebit" in partnership with Turkmen Forum and the UK’s company GaffneyCline.
Sessions at the upcoming investment forum in Paris are expected to include high-level international speakers such as Haitham Al-Ghais - OPEC Secretary General; Tatiana Molcean - UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the UNECE; Julien Pouget Senior Vice President of the Renewable Division of TotalEnergies; Tim Gould - Chief Energy Economist of International Energy Agency (IEA); Ozgur Kutay Country Manager for Turkey, Eastern Europe and Central Asia of UKEF and many other senior executives from leading international energy, construction and transport companies and financial institutions.
