At the Museum of fine arts of Turkmenistan.Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi held the state round of the creative contest "Prosperous, peaceful, neutral homeland", organized by the State fire service of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of culture of Turkmenistan, the editorial office of the magazine "Gunesh" and the Central Council of the Makhtumkuli Youth organization.

The competition was attend by dozens of young artists-winners of etrap and city stages of the competition. Under the terms of the competition, they competed in drawing with paints and pencils.
According to the results of competitions, the pupil of children's art school No. 6 in Ashgabat, Aysoltan Garagocheva and student Tejen children's art school, Durdumyrat Guvanjov took 1st place in the painting.
Akgul Hommadova, a student of the Tejen children's art school, and Mahriban Atabayeva, a student of the Mary children's art school, took second place.A student of the Dashoguz children’s art school Shahnoza Ibragimova and a student of the Hazar children’s art school Anastasia Pisarenko took third place in the competition.
Ogulnur Rejepova, a student of the B.Nurali children's art school No. 1 in Ashgabat, and Mekan Soyunov, a student of the Tejen children's art school, took the first place in pencil drawing.
The second place took the pupil of children's art school of the city of Turkmenabat Guljan Agamyradova and student of children's art school of the Mary etrap Enegul Annamyradova, and the work of pupils of children's art school Sayat etrap Sulgun Alimjanova and student Sochi children's art school.
G.Zelili Arslan Begenjov took third place.
The winners of the creative competition were award diplomas and Souvenirs from the organizers.
