A New Year celebration was held at the Döwletliler köşgi Palace in Turkmenistan on Monday. During the event, the children of the Palace received gifts on behalf of Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Ayaz Baba (Father Frost) and Garpamyk (Snow Maiden) came to the Palace to congratulate the children brought up in Döwletliler köşgi. Representatives of the Mejlis, Halk Maslahaty, relevant ministries, sectoral agencies and public organisations came to share the children's joy, the official Turkmen media reports.
The young talents performed for the guests and showcased their creative abilities.
At the end of the holiday, the children of Döwletliler köşgi expressed their deep gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for their constant care and attention, as well as the best wishes and congratulations on the New Year.
