An important seminar is being held in Ashgabat these days, bringing together representatives of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
The event program includes a number of thematic sessions, the first of which is dedicated to the presentation of the cash-voucher assistance program as a tool for effective response to crisis situations.
Participants will also learn about best practices in developing relevant action plans by National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in other countries, TDH reports.

During the meeting, issues of interaction with the UN, ministries, plans for the implementation of international humanitarian law in 2024-2026 were discussed.
