Busquets joins Messi at Inter Miami

Spanish midfielder Sergio Busquets has moved to the American Inter Miami, the press service of the MLS club said.

34-year-old Sergio Busquetsu played for the Spanish "Barcelona" throughout his career.As part of the club, the midfielder became the champion of Spain nine times, won the Champions League and the UEFA Super Cup three times, seven times the Spanish Cup and the Super Cup.

Busquets won the 2010 World Cup and the 2012 European Championship with Spain.

On June 7, Inter Miami announced the signing of Busquets' former Barcelona partner, seven-time Ballon d'Or winner, 2022 world champion Argentine Lionel Messi.

Inter Miami occupies the last, 15th place in the standings of the Eastern Conference of the Major League Soccer (MLS). The team after 17 rounds scored 15 points. Inter Miami's owner group includes former England captain David Beckham.
