Businesses in Turkmenistan’s Lebap Province Boost Their Exports

Private businesses in Turkmenistan’s eastern province of Lebap are increasing the export of their industrial goods, the country’s official media reports.

The products of province’s enterprises, the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, are exported to Uzbekistan, Turkey, Belarus, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Russia and China. Among the products shipped abroad are isogams, water-based bituminous mastics, polypropylene coatings, accumulators and industrial liquids.

Among the most exported goods is isogam that is used in construction works.Since the beginning of the year, Mizemez Gadam company exported around 303 thousand square meters of the product to Uzbekistan, about 680 thousand to Turkey and more than 40 thousand square meters to other countries.

Mizemez Gadam also shipped abroad a large amount of water-based bituminous mastic.

Altyn Gül company located in Charjev district of Lebap province produced over 800 tons of plastic bag cloth in January-October this year and exported them all to Russia.

In addition, Türkmen Ojagy enterprise produced 360.5 tons of regenerated fiber and exported them to Turkey.
