Brad Pitt stopped filming his Formula 1 movie in solidarity with striking actors

Brad Pitt expressed his support for the striking Hollywood actors and suspended the shooting of his new film "Formula 1", writes Deadline.

Filming was supposed to take place on the Formula 1 track in Belgium during the next Grand Prix on July 30th. Brad Pitt plays the role of former racing driver Sonny Hayes in the film, who trains a rookie. It is known that seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton advises the film crew.

Brad Pitt has suspended filming in support of his colleagues in the actors' union, who went on strike. The list of protesters' demands includes higher wages for mid-level actors, as well as protection from artificial intelligence.
