The day before, FC “Ashgabat” played a friendly match with Moscow “Lokomotiv”, which ended with the victory of the Russian club with a score of 3:0.
“Ashgabat”, founded in 2006, became the champion of Turkmenistan twice and won the country's Super Cup once.
