According to Gundogdyev, the spring conscription campaign was successful, and preparations for the military parade on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence, which will be celebrated on September 27, 2023, are going according to plan.
The Head of State stressed that the Military Doctrine of the Fatherland is purely defensive in nature and requires the provision of all branches of the armed forces with modern equipment.
The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country, General of the Army Serdar Berdimuhamedov, instructed the Secretary of the State Security Council to control the progress of modernization of the material and technical base of the formations of the Armed Forces of the country and organize a solemn holding of a military parade.
