Armenian hockey players are invited to take part in the International Hockey Tournament, which will be held from April 15 to 20 in Ashgabat.
This was announced by the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia Muhammetgeldi Ayazov during a meeting with the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan, the press service of the Turkmen diplomatic department in Yerevan said.
The parties discussed cooperation in the humanitarian, educational and sports fields. An agreement was also reached to expand the legal framework in these areas.
Let us remind that on March 1, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution, allowing the State Committee for Physical Education and Sports to hold an international hockey tournament in the capital’s Winter Sports Sports Complex.
