An electronic data exchange system has been launched in Turkmenistan

On May 2, the online launch of the electronic data interchange system was held in Turkmenistan.

The launch was carried out by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the “Turkmensvyaz” Agency of the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan within the framework of the joint project “Promoting the implementation of a pilot system of interdepartmental electronic information exchange in Turkmenistan”.

Nortal, a world leader in digital transformation with successful experience and a strong professional global partner network, was selected to deploy a pilot system of interdepartmental electronic interaction based on the X-Road platform.

The project “Promoting the implementation of a pilot system of interdepartmental electronic information exchange in Turkmenistan” was launched in March 2023 and will form the basis for all future interdepartmental data transfer and will continue UNDP efforts to accelerate digital transformation in Turkmenistan within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding with the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency, signed in March 2022.
