Ambassadors of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan, India, Vatican, Malaysia and Iran appointed

On 27 July 2018 President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov made some staff appointments among the executives of diplomatic missions:

Shiri Shiriyev was relieved of his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan as he assumed a new office;

Yazguly Mammedov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan. Pursuant to the decree issued by the head of the state he was relieved of his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, the Republic of Indonesia and the Kingdom of Thailand.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan in India Parakhat Durdyev was also appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal;

Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan in the UN office at Geneva Atageldi Khaldzhanov was also appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Vatican;

Mukhammetniyaz Mashalov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Malaysia. Pursuant to the decree issued by the head of the state he was relieved of his post as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Armenia.

Ilyas Gaiypov was appointed Consular General to the Islamic Republic of Iran (the city of Mashhad).
