Ambassador of Turkmenistan accredited in Singapore

On Tuesday, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Singapore (with residence in Seoul) Begench Durdyev presented his credentials to President of Singapore Halima Yacob.

During the meeting, the Ambassador noted the high interest of Turkmenistan in the development of bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation with Singapore in various fields, including the construction and management of smart cities.

He stressed that in recent years, Turkmenistan has been actively promoting and implementing large-scale national and international infrastructure projects, one of which is the project of the country's first "smart" city, Arkadag.
