The past year, 2020, was marked by the sudden onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic.China was the first to fight against the pandemic, to contain the virus, to reopen the economy safely and to restore economic growth to give finally the people a satisfactory response that attracted the attention of the world community and was written in history, which we dedicate to the upcoming 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China.
Amid the numerous challenges that the world faces due to the pandemic, during the recent Davos Agenda Dialogue at the World Economic Forum event, Chinese President Xi Jinping provided a solution to contemporary issues. What is the wrong with the world? What should we do? The answer: supporting and implementing multilateralism.
Colossal world changes and unprecedented pandemic that have never seen over century are intertwined. In this unparallelled historical test, China effectively coordinated the fight against coronavirus and socio-economic development. China’s economy has shown exceptional elasticity and great vitality.

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement was signed.The world’s largest trade agreement, covering approximately 30 per cent of global GDP and global trade and one-third of the world’s has officially launched.
At the new stage, China will steadily introduce a new concept of development; work on the accelerated formation of its new architectonics of “double circulation” with an emphasis on internal circulation, but with its complementarity with external.
China will, at a higher level, expand openness to the world, share development opportunities with other countries, and thus increase overall confidence in the global economic recovery.

The country has risen to its feet, began to live a better life, and is becoming a strong and powerful nation, and has also created a miracle of rapid economic development and social stability.
The Communist Party of China has found a successful path of long-term governance, and here an important reason lies in the all-round straining of internal party governance and conduct of a great social revolution through self-revolution, which helps the Party to serve as a strong core of socialism with Chinese characteristics throughout the entire time.
At the beginning of 2021, at the 5th Plenary Secession of the 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping emphasized that as a party with a centuries-old history, our party must always maintain its advanced character, purity and vitality, continue to strengthen its ability to cleanse, improve, renew and improve oneself, to break out of the historical cycle of rise and fall, as well as to navigate a large ship of socialism with Chinese haracteristics and guarantee the stability and range of its movement.
On January 25, President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping gave a speech to the online version of the World Economic Forum’s Davos conference, with the title “Let the Torch of Multilateralism Light Up Humanity’s Way Forward.” It was China’s first multilateral diplomatic event in 2021.
President Xi Jinping noted that it is important to properly address the four major tasks facing people of our times, including growth of the world economy, abandoning ideological prejudice, closing the divide between developed and developing countries, and coming together against global challenges.

We should stay committed to openness and inclusiveness instead of closeness and exclusion. We should stay committed to international law and international rules instead of seeking one’s own supremacy. We should stay committed to consultation and cooperation instead of conflict and confrontation.
We should stay committed to keeping up with the times instead of rejecting change. China will continue to take an active part in international cooperation on COVID-19, to implement a win-win strategy of opening-up, to promote sustainable development and to promote a new type of international relations.
Xi Jinping’s speech provided the direction and path of development to the current confused world, demonstrated the wisdom and responsibility of China and reaffirmed that China will effectively contribute to the recovery of global mutual trust, formation of global consensus, joining of global efforts to move the world toward a community with a shared future for mankind.
China and Turkmenistan are strategic partners, provide each other with firm support on issues of fundamental interests and serious concerns, and closely coordinate their efforts on issues of international and regional agenda.
The Chinese side is ready, together with the Turkmen side, to join efforts and develop close cooperation, and, in the International Year of Peace and Confidence declared on initiative of the Turkmen side, jointly implement multilateralism, promote the creation of a community with a shared future for mankind, and create a clean and beautiful world where general security, shared prosperity, openness and inclusiveness are ruled.
