Akdepe Service E.S. has launched the production of a new type of yoghurt for the New Year holiday, the Rysgal newspaper reported on Monday.
The newly introduced yoghurt range is available in 150-gram packs, featuring a variety of flavours such as peach, cherry, strawberry, banana, and vanilla.
According to the report, a new type of yoghurt produced in the Gypjak residential complex in Ashgabat is intended for preschool children.
In addition to yoghurt, the plant produces various milk and dairy products under the Iner brand.The range includes two types of sour cream with a fat content of 10% and 15%, pasteurised milk with a fat content of 3.2%, kefir packed in 0.5 and 1-litre bottles, cream, two types of kefir, cottage cheese, suzme and ayran.
The Ak Depe Hyzmat E.S. was the first in Turkmenistan to establish mozzarella cheese production.
