Ahal vegetable oil plant in the Gokdepe etrap of Turkmenistan’s Ahal velayat produced 71.4 million manats worth of products last year.
The enterprise produced and supplied over 10 thousand tons of environmentally friendly cotton oil, the country’s official media reported on Wednesday.
Compared to the corresponding period of 2020, the growth rate of the enterprise amounted to 127.8%.
The plant also produced large volumes of hulls and oilcakes from processed seeds last year. They are used as a feed in livestock and poultry farms.
Established in 2010, the Ahal vegetable oil plant operates under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan.
