On 4 May President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov issued reprimand to the Chairperson of Marine and Inland Water Transport Service Amanmyrat Gurdov for “poor performance of job responsibilities and failure to execute work-related assignments”.
Charymyrat Purchekov, Minister of Energy, was also reprimanded with a similar wording.
Later the same day Annadurdy Kosyaev, Deputy Chairperson of Marine and Inland Water Transport Service, was appointed the head of the International sea port of Turkmenbashi.
Let us recall that two days ago, on 2 May, the port was festively opened by the President with some overseas visitors in attendance.
