The relevant order to appoint Dadebai Amangeldiev acting Deputy Prime Minister overseeing the industrial sector has been signed by President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov.
Since January 2017 Amangeldiev has also occupied the post of Deputy Prime Minister overseeing construction, energy and public utilities. He previously occupied the position of Chairman of the State holding “Turkmenavtoyollary” (Turkmen motor roads).
This post had been previously occupied by Batyr Ereshov whose death was reported by the state information agency TDH on 3 May.
