A study visit of Turkmen business representatives to Italy will be organized in 2023

During the meeting of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Italy, Toyly Komekov, with the Director General of the Italian Trade Agency, Roberto Luongo, the prospects for trade and economic cooperation between the two countries were considered. In particular, the issue of organizing a study visit of representatives of the business communities of Turkmenistan to Italy was discussed.

Mr. Luongo also suggested organizing meetings with representatives of interested companies from the two countries to establish a dialogue.

Toyly Komekov spoke about the potential of economic cooperation with Turkmenistan, highlighting the advantages for developing relations between the private and public sectors of the two countries.

Roberto Luongo, in turn, stressed that there is great potential between Turkmenistan and the Italian Republic to strengthen cooperation in various areas.

The parties confirmed their readiness to continue the initiated dialogue and make every effort to promote the development of bilateral relations in the economic sphere, as well as between business circles and private companies of the two countries, the press service of the Turkmen Embassy reports.

A visit to Italy by business representatives from Turkmenistan is scheduled for this year. It is expected that during the trip, Turkmen entrepreneurs will get acquainted with the achievements of Italian companies in various fields of production.
