A shocking incident occurred in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. According to The Jakarta Post, citing local law enforcement agencies, a 36 years old woman became the victim of a huge python, writes snob.ru.
The tragedy unfolded when a local woman went to get medicine for her child. Without waiting for her return, concerned relatives began searching.
During the search operation, the husband of the missing woman found her shoes and clothes about half a kilometer from their home. Nearby he noticed a python with an unnaturally swollen body. Suspecting something was wrong, the man called his fellow villagers for help. The terrible guess was confirmed when they opened the body of the snake.
This is the second such case in Indonesia over the past month. Earlier in June, a mother of four children fell victim to a six-meter python while heading to the market in a neighboring village.
