A graduate of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Serdar Rahymov, spoke at the forum of finalists of the CIS A.A. Gromyko-2024 competition for young internationalists, which was held in Moscow from July 22 to 25.
This year, more than 560 people from 10 CIS countries took part in the competition. More than 50 participants from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan reached the final.
Serdar Rahymov presented a scientific paper on the topic “The Role of Energy Potential in the Foreign Policy Strategy of the Caspian Region States”.
Let us remind that last year Serdar also won the title of “Best CIS Student-2023”.
During the forum sessions, the participants were addressed by the official representative of the Russian MFA, Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian MFA M.V. Zakharova, Rector of the Academy of Public
Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus I.I. Buzovsky, Co-Chairman of the A.A. Gromyko Association of Foreign Policy Studies, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus S.K. Rahmanov.
The forum participants visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, where they met with the Director of the Third Department of the CIS countries A.V. Sternik.
During the forum, the participants worked on analytical reports and presented the main theses and practical recommendations to colleagues and experts of the Association of Foreign Policy Researchers.
Within the framework of the cultural and educational program, a tour of the Victory Museum was organized.
