A meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the US Ambassador completing his diplomatic mission in the country

Today, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Turkmenistan Matthew Klimow, who is completing his diplomatic mission in the country.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Turkmen-American cooperation in priority areas of political, diplomatic, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian nature.

R. Meredov thanked the ambassador for his contribution to strengthening bilateral Turkmen-American relations and wished him success in his future activities.

Matthew Klimow, in turn, expressed sincere gratitude to the Turkmen side for the full support and assistance in the implementation of his diplomatic mission in the country, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reports.
