A two-day conference of medical and sanitary institutions “Cooperation of the participating countries of the Non-Aligned Movement on issues of preparedness and counteraction to emerging threats in the field of public health” was opened in Ashgabat, reports the electronic version of the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.

Organized at the initiative of Turkmenistan in partnership with WHO, the event is held in a hybrid format with the participation of international experts and specialists from UN partner agencies and representatives of medical and sanitary institutions of foreign countries.
