95 years old Chinese woman woke up six days after “death”

In Guangxi Province, China, 95 years old Li Xiufeng had a shocking experience - she was almost buried alive. A woman who was presumed dead was calmly cooking in her kitchen six days after her “death”, much to the amazement of her neighbors. This was reported by MK.ru with reference to the Daily Star.

It all started when Li Xiufeng fell in the house and suffered a head injury. The woman did not respond to her name and did not wake up. Since the woman has no relatives, her neighbor, 60 years old Chen Qingwan, took care of the funeral.

According to Chinese tradition, the coffin with the body is supposed to be kept at home for several days so that loved ones can say goodbye. Qingwan, however, did not hammer the coffin with nails. Imagine his surprise when, the day before the funeral, he found the coffin empty.

The search began, and soon the “dead woman” was found... in the kitchen, peacefully preparing food. It turned out that Li Xiufeng woke up and, not finding anyone at home, simply decided to mind her own business.
