Olympic champion and three-time world champion Oksana Chusovitina won a silver medal in the vault at the World Cup in Baku, informs “MIR 24”.
The 47 years old gymnast from Uzbekistan lost a little more than one tenth to the Frenchwoman Coline Devillard in terms of total points. This season, this is the third medal for her at the World Cup.
Chusovitina holds the absolute record in artistic gymnastics. Oksana has taken part in eight Olympic Games. Recently, the Uzbek gymnast also announced her desire to compete at the next Olympic Games in Paris 2024.
