Three high-rise apartment buildings have celebrated their grand opening in the residential neighborhood, Parakhat-7/3, in the south of the capital.Among those attending the ceremony were representatives of the municipal administration, public organizations, and elders.
Performances by performing groups brightened the event and added to a festive atmosphere. 216 families from Ashgabat have become new tenants.The design of the standard buildings incorporates constructive building solutions for foundations, roofs, floors, ceilings and walls, which are well insulated with the latest insulating materials.
One of the high-risers is home to 108 one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments.The other two house 54 three- and four-room apartments each with ample living space and additional utility rooms.
A kitchen, dining room, and spacious hall offer high standards of comfort.The apartments boast modern, quality, built-in furniture manufactured locally and various brand-new home appliances from foreign partners.
