President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference session with the hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat.Heads of the velayats reported on the situation in the regions.Particularly, the information about winter crop sowing and cotton harvesting, construction of facilities and implementation of National rural programme as well as about preparation to public mass events dedicated to remarkable dates was presented.
Having listened to the reports, the Head of the State gave instructions on completion of cotton harvesting according to set period and without any loss, having highlighted the importance of permanent attention to the conditions made for the farmers, control of efficient use of equipment and timely settlement of the payments for delivered product.
Addressing Hyakim of Ahal Velayat T.Atahalliyev, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov pointed at the low rate of cotton harvesting in Ak Bugday and Kaahka etraps and demanded to analyse the situation and arrange the work on proper level.
The attention of Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S.Satlykov was brought to low rate of crops sowing in Etrek, Serdar and Bereket etraps.Speaking of new approaches to improvement of the efficiency of agriculture in the coastal region, the Head of the State noted that all agro technical activities have to be performed based on scientific recommendations on improvement of productivity of the crops, considered crop rotation and achievements in selection field.
Low rates of cotton picking in Kunyaurgench and Ruhubelent etrap were pointed to Hyakim of Dashoguz etrap M.Bayramguliyev.Turkmen leader has ordered to hold under permanent control all subjects related to construction of the facilities under National rural programme especially those planned for commissioning on the Independence Day.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed number of assignments for improvement of the efficiency of agricultural works, rational use of lands and water, provision of high level of all agrotechnical activities to Hyakim of Lebap Velayat Ch.
Charliyev.Having dwelt at the cotton picking in the velayat, the Head of the State noted low rates of organization of field works in Atamyrat, Sayat and Birata etraps.
The attention of Hyakim of Mary Velayat B.Annagurbanov was focused on the necessity of agricultural works in optimum period.In this regard, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that cotton gathering campaign is delayed in Bayramaly, Mary and Oguzkhan etraps, agricultural equipment is not used efficiently in harvest campaign and demanded to take the measures for improvement of the situation.
The President of Turkmenistan designated the main objectives for today, which face the heads of regional administrations in agricultural branch and gave assignments for completion of the crop sowing and cotton harvesting before the celebration of the country Independence Day.
During the session, Hyakim of Ashgabat SH.Durdiliyev reported on the fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State on urban planning and making of green zones as well as on the support of the maintenance in the etraps the capital.
The Hyakim addressed President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov asking to open the golf court built in Ashgabat according to international standards.The Hyakim also reported on the preparation of opening of the facilities of the 15th phase of urban construction on occasion of the Independence Day.
In this relation, the Head of the State gave number of specific orders to the hyakim, having focused the attention on well-thought organization of works for urban planning of Ashgabat including social, cultural, engineering, technical and ecological aspects.
High environmental standards in provision of comfortable and prosperous life of Turkmenistan citizens remain unalterable requirement, the President said, having requested to continue expanding green zones and taking good care of it.
The Hyakim received specific instructions for organization of sport festival on occasion of the opening of the golf court in the capital as well as to organize international golf tournament.
At the end of video conference session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished success in implementation of all reforms aimed at social and economic progress and improvement of international authority of the country to all the participants.
