On January 25, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working trip around the capital, during which inspected the construction of some important facilities and projects of integrated modernization of social infrastructure of the city as well expressed interest in work for breeding of Turkmen shepherds, which are national heritage of Turkmen people.
Minister of Industry and Construction Production, Chairman of International Turkmen Shepherd Dog Association S. Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs D. Hudayberdiyev have reported on the situation at profile facilities, which are under construction at work request of International Turkmen Shepherd Dog Association.
Having noted that use of high-quality material, other relative things, which color palette has to match national style, in decoration of the facilities is one of the main requirements, the leader of the nation ordered Vice-premier Sh. Durdiliev to hold these works under control.
In addition, addressing Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev, the Head of the State highlighted that such features typical for Turkmen shepherd dogs as loyalty and courage have to be reflected in artistic image of the dog.
General plan and drawings of the complex of International Turkmen Shepherd Dog Association, project plans of the main entry, visitor stand, exhibition ground and obstacle course for dogs training, elements of design of facilities have been presented to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Sculptures of the dogs of this unique breed, which are planned to be installed in the complex, have also been demonstrated.
Having studied the projects in details, the Head of the State made some remarks and corrections, having noted that high quality of works is a mandatory requirement during project design and construction of the facilities, which have to reflect centuries-old traditions of national architecture.
The President of Turkmenistan has noted with delight good selection of the location for construction of the complex in one of picturesque place of the Kopetdag foothills as local landscape suits perfectly to this purpose.
Speaking of appropriateness to combine the Day of Turkmen Shepherd Dog and National Turkmen Horse Celebration, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has requested to provide high organizational level of events timed to this remarkable dates in life of people and country.
Head of International Turkmen Shepherd Dog Association S. Berdimuhamedov has reported on planned celebration events, which include Turkmen dog beauty contest and agility competitions.
The leader of the nation has highlighted that the focus on such aspects as solemnity and national colors has to be made during organization of the competitions.Turkmen shepherd dog is the heritage of our people and significant contribution to universal cultural heritage.
Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to deep study and history of this breed of dogs, information about national methods of breeding and keeping of Turkmen shepherd dogs for improvement of work in this direction, the Head of Turkmenistan said.
Speaking of the formation of referee team, which would determine the winner of Turkmen shepherd dog beauty contest, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted the importance of presence of profile specialists, who have enough experience and knowledge, among the referees, having addressed certain assignments in this regard.
At the same time, unique features of the breed have to be reflected in works of sculptors, artists and jewelers, which would be presented at the exhibition timed to the event.
Continuing the subject, the leader of the nation has highlighted the relativeness of award of the title Ýylyň türkmen edermen alabaýy, which expresses all characteristic feature of the dogs, to the winner of celebration contest.
In addition, primordial dog breeding traditions, which were originated by our ancestors and are continued by the measures taken for further improvement of the breed today, have to be reflected in the celebration events.
Further, looking around the construction site, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov went up to the tribune and, having inspected the works, highlighted the importance of formation of single architectural ensemble.
Addressing assignments on provision of high quality of construction and establishment of optimum conditions for international competitions to Vice-premier Sh. Durdiliyev, the President of the country pointed out again on the necessity to accomplish construction works in compliance with set requirements.
On his further way, the leader of the Nation has stopped at the sculpture of Turkmen horse rider with dutar’ on ahalteke horse, which was built in honor of legendary Shukur-bakhshy.
The image of famous dutar’ player and singer has become an embodiment of triumph of national music diplomacy, which is narrated in details in book of the Head of the State “Music of peace, music and friendship and brotherhood”.
After, the leader of the nation has come to the complex of facilities with shopping and entertainment center, which is under construction in one of the most beautiful parts of the capital and planned to opened on occasion of the 30th anniversary of the sacred independence of the Motherland.
On arrival, Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs D. Hudayberdiyev has reported to the head of the state on construction of shopping and entertainment complex, its facilities and special features as well as on conditions to be made in residential buildings erected in this part of the city.
After, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has looked around the construction of residential houses and special features of their design.It is remarkable that planning of all houses and rooms, finishing and decoration of interior are made based on requirements of future tenants.
The size of some apartments is 638 square meters.It is necessary to mention that there are 6 and 7-room apartments for families with many children.
Design of kitchen, living and bed rooms including their provision of digital system and furniture is also made at the requirements of the tenants.
Having looked around the conditions made in the houses, the President of Turkmenistan noted that their design and provision have to be made on high-quality level and reflect national colors.
Having focused on these objectives, the leader of the nation addressed specific instructions to Vice-premiers Sh.Durdiliyev and Ch.Gylyjov as well as to Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs D.
Hudayberdiyev.
After, the Head of the State has inspected the works at the construction site of the biggest in the region Shopping and Entertainment center, which is built in the complex. Projects related to various facilities of the Center, their interior and exterior design, materials to be used have been presented to leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for review.
Slides, which give visual image of the complex, fountains on its territory, which operation is provided by modern digital technologies and accompanied by music, have been demonstrated on the monitors.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that advanced solutions of organization of work of Shopping and entertainment center modern design thoughts have to be reflected in new complex and various elements of oriental ornaments have to be used in interior design.
The Head of the state gave instructions to relative officials to develop a logotype, which would match the name of the complex and reflect such criteria as aesthetic, compactness and practicality.
The President of Turkmenistan has noted that it would be reasonable to name new complex as Ashgabat. It would be deserved present to the 140th anniversary of foundation of our capital, the Head of the State said, having addressed relative instructions.
The leader of the nation has noted that beautiful music compositions have been made to glorify Ashgabat in different years. Thus, a song glorifying Turkmen capital performed by Myrad Sadykov, who is famous not only in our country but also abroad, probably remains in the memory of several generations.
At present time, number of songs dedicated to Ashgabat is growing. Popular national art masters A. Garyagdiyev, S. Orazberdiyev, P. Amandurdiyev and other artists, bakshys and popular singers have made compositions, which are liked by our people, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated.
Having highlighted that 30th anniversary of the sacred independence this year, which is held under slogan “Turkmenistan Home of Peace and Trust, falls on the 140th anniversary of the foundation of Ashgabat, the Head of the State noted the relevance to organize an art contest among cultural and art personnel on occasion of this remarkable date.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said that new songs dedicated to white-marble capital have to be an embodiment of harmony of poetry, music and performance, to bear high creative spirit of our nation.
Performance of vocal works about Ashgabat has to be accompanied with images of its beautiful appearance.The winners of the contest have to be announced as the winners of the contest of the President of Turkmenistan Türkmeniň Altyn asyry.
The winners would be awarded by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country, the leader of the nation noted and gave certain instructions in this context.
During the working trip, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has come to the southern part of the city where its business center has been formed in the last years. On his way, the head of Turkmenistan has stopped at Ak öý bust stop located along the avenue.
It is necessary to pay special attention to establishment of comfortable conditions for the passengers, opportunity to find out time and see the news of the country’s life at the public transport stations, the Head of the State noted, having given relative assignments to concerned officials.
Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has looked around new constructions, which are visual symbols of success of the strategy of international cooperation and investment policy pursued by Turkmenistan. The works for construction of the building of Türkmenbaşy State Commercial Bank, which is erected in the southern part of the city, are carried out as per set schedule.
Having inspected the situation at the facility, which is built with participation of specialists of old partner of our country famous French company Bouygues Batiment International, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that provision of high quality of construction of profile facilities using advanced practice, introduction of modern digital system to work of banks are mandatory requirements.
Speaking of this, the Head of the State requested Vice-premeir G. Mushikov and Chairman of the Central Bank M. Annadurdiyev to hold under permanent control the construction works.
Further, the leader of the nation went to the construction site of Senagat Joint Stock and Commercial Bank.
Having inspected the situation at the facility, the Head of the State noted that all necessary conditions have to be made for personnel of the bank and its clients including the provision of various services using digital technologies.
The leader of the nation has noted that elements of national décor and relief ornament including carpet patterns have to be used in interior decoration, having addressed relative officials with number of specific instructions.
Summing up the outcomes of working trip around the capital, the Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted again that high quality level of construction and completion according to set timeline are important conditions in realization of all projects.
It is necessary to approach to development of territories around the buildings, construction of proper engineering, technical and lighting systems with full responsibility, the President of Turkmenistan said, having given instruction to hold under attention the activity in this direction to Vice-premier Sh. Durdiliyev.
Addressing the Head of Ashgabat’s Administration, the head of the state requested to hold under control the construction of the facilities planned to be opened on occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Motherland’s independence as well as important issues related to urban social infrastructure.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has addressed Vice-premier G. Mushikov with instruction to hold under permanent control the solution of the issues related to the condition of construction works in Turkmenistan and provision of construction sites with necessary resources.
Having noted the importance to organize activity of the banks of the country according to time requirements as well as enhancement of quality and expansion of services rendered to the clients, the head of the state gave specific assignments to relative officials in this regard.
In addition, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has given number of instructions on active introduction of advanced methods and technologies to all spheres of national economy as well as wide popularization of national traditions and customs, which are integral part of spiritual world of Turkmen nation.
Having stopped at Nusaý bus station on his way, the Head of the State has again drawn attention to provision of qualitative transport services to the population and gave certain instructions on this account.
In the end of the working trip, the leader of the nation highlighted the importance of steadfast realization of integrated urban construction program in the capital, provision of coordinated activity of social structures.
Having highlighted that creation of comfortable conditions for life of people has always been and remains to be a priority direction of reforms expanded in the capital and all over the state, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished success in solution of set objectives to relative officials.
