President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular working vide conference session with the participation of the Mejlis Chairperson, heads of some ministries and hyakims of the velayats and Ashgabat.The agenda included important objectives of social and economic development of the coutry, seasonal agricultural works as well as preparation to the celebration of remarkable dates and nation-wide tree planting campaign.
First, the President of Turkmenistan called Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh.Durdiliyev who reported on the work for further urban planning and provision of house keeping in the main city of the country according to the time demand as well as on the measures for the improvement of social sphere.
Besides, the information about preparation to the International Nowruz Day, all-nation tree planting campaign, cultural and mass events planned on occasion of coming holidays has been presented.The Head of the administration of the capital also reported about the situation on construction sites of different facilities.
Summing up the results, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that modern architectural and urban construction appearance of Ashgabat has to correspond to high status of the capital.The Head of the State noted that design of the buildings has to include the traditions of national architecture and the best world practice as well as to meet the highest world standards of quality.
The Head of the State paid special attention to the urban planning of Turkmen capital, coordinated activity of relative municipal services and addressed the Hyakim with number of specific instructions.
Having noted the importance of nation-wide tree planting campaign, the Head of the State focused on the necessity of scientifically based approach to mass greening action as well as ordered to provide proper level of the events timed to the International Nowruz Day.
In this regard, the President gave instructions on organization of the watch duties in all capital organizations and facilities.Speaking of coming summer season, the President of Turkmenistan requested to provide proper refurbishment of health improving and entertainment centres in the city and to make a plan of the opening of new facilities.
The Head of the State highlighted that it is necessary to provide maximum comfort conditions for the life of people efficiently using advanced practices and technologies in the development of the capital and the regions.
Speaking of coming elections of the Mejlis deputies, members of the People’s council and gengeshys, the President demanded the Hyakim to make all necessary conditions for this social and political action on high level.
Video conference session was continued by the report of the Hyakim of Ahal Velayat Sh.Amangeldiyev who reported on the situation in agricultural complex of the region, agricultural activities for preparation of the equipment and lands to spring sowing campaign as well as on preparation to Nowruz Bayramy and national tree planting campaign.
The Head of regional administration informed on the measures for the start of cotton and other crops sowing, on increasing the rates of construction works under the realization of National rural programme.
Having focused on the condition of the fields under crops in the velayat, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov requested to take proper measures for timely conduct of the sowing.Specific instructions were given regarding the care of the wheat and coming spring field works.
Besides, the Head of the State requested to approach with all responsibility to the organization of National Spring Holiday and mass greening campaign as well as to proper care of the existing plantations.
The President requested to provide necessary conditions for the work of election committees on sites.After, Secretary of the State Security Council, Defence Minister Ya.Berdiyev and Minister of Heath Protection and Medicinal Industry N.
Amannepesov were called together.Ya.Berdiyev nformed in his report on the situation in the security forces as well as on the measures for the modernization of equipment and facilities base of the Armed Forces and the improvement of professional skills of military personnel.
Having listened to the report, the President noted that the State would continue paying utmost attention to further consolidation of the power of national army.Having signed the Order on Termination of the military personnel under recruitment service to the reserve from the Armed Forces and other military forces of Turkmenistan and on regular recruitment of the citizens of Turkmenistan to military service and relative Resolution, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Army General Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave specific assignments on the fulfilment of this document, having committed that all relative ceremonies were held in ceremonial atmosphere.
N.Amannepesov informed on the construction of the sanatorium in Ak Bugday etrap, Ahal Velayat and health improving centres in Avaza National tourism zone.Summing up the information, the Head of the State ordered to hold under control the situation on the construction of health facilities.
Speaking of the construction of modern treatment and cosmetology centre specialized in different cosmetology services on the territory of medical city, the Head of the State requested N.Amannepesov to announce an international tender.
Having noted that care of the human is one of the main objectives of the State, the President of Turkmenistan focused on the healing features of camel “chal” sour diary milk received by natural fermentation of camel milk.
It contains many microelements and vitamins.For example, the content of vitamins C and D is three times more than in cow milk, hence the “chal” is useful for the prevention of many diseases.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that it would be rational to include this healing drink to the ration of the patients together with other preventive methods.Regular consumption of this healing drink reduces the toxins and improves the immunity of the body.
Speaking of wide application of “chal” is traditional medicine as the cure from many diseases, the Head of the State ordered the Minister of health protection and medicinal industry as well as to Hyakim of Ahal Velayat and Defence Minister to prepare relative proposals on opening of camel farms and facilities for production of this drink.
Next, Hyakim of Balkan Velayat S.Satlykov spoke on direct video line and reported on the situation in the region, particularly on agrotechnical activities in the fields of the velayats and on the measures for the fulfilment of the assignments given by the Head of the State for the construction of the facilities under the implementation of National rural transformation programme.
The Head of regional administration also informed on the preparation to coming tree planting campaign and celebration dates widely observed in the country.Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded dynamic pursue of the reforms in agricultural branch of the velayat and gave number of specific assignments to the Hyakim on the improvement of the land fertility and implementation of advanced practice to agricultural complex.

Working session was continued by the report of Hyakim of Dashoguz Velayat M.Bayramguliyeva who informed on seasonal agricultural works especially on the reediness of the lands and equipment for spring sowing as well as on the control of the situation on construction sites of the region.
The Hyakim also reported on the preparation to mass greening action in the etraps and cities of the velayat and cultural actions timed to the International Nowruz Daн.Having noted the importance of coordinated activity of relative structures, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said that coming events has to be efficient.
The Head of the State also ordered to increase the rates of construction works in the region.Having noted that cotton sowing campaign is starting in Dashoguz Velayat on March 28, Turkmen leader highlighted that important period comes for the cotton producers and future harvest mainly depends on the compliance to agrotechnical standards and on the condition of the equipment.

In his turn, Hyakim of Lebap Velayat T.Atahalliyev reported on the situation in the region, start of spring field works in agricultural complex.The information about the development of industrial infrastructure of the region and on the increase of work rates at the facilities under construction.
The Head of regional administration informed on the preparation to the sowing of agricultural crops including cotton as well as on the preparation to public greening action.Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov requested to hold under unremitting control the construction of the facilities including important social facilities.
The Head of the State gave number of recommendations on the cotton other crops sowing, compliance to agrotechnical standards for quality and timely completion of the campaign.The President focused on the responsible approach to public tree planting campaign as well as addressed the orders for the proper organization of coming celebration events.

Annaberdiyev reported on the situation in the region, readiness to spring sowing, works on construction sites and organization of the events timed to Nowruz Holiday.He also reported on the events for preparation to national tree planting day and on the solution of the objectives set out in National rural transformation programme.
Having ordered to increase the rates of works in the region related to the preparation of the land to spring sowing, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov demanded to take the measures for completion of this agricultural campaign in optimum timeline.
Having touched upon the subject of high organizational level of remarkable events widely observed in the country, the President of Turkmenistan highlighted the deep meaning of Nowruz Holiday, which history goes deep to the past.
Such actions combining cultural and ecological missions would support the assertion of healthy life style in the society, would stimulate the interest to national traditions in the year under the slogan “Turkmenistan is the heart of the Great Silk Road”, the Head of the State said.
Having focused on planned mass tree planting in all velayats, the President highlighted that national campaign is to support further improvement of cities and villages.Having highlighted the importance of coming elections, the Head of Turkmenistan ordered the Hyakim to take proper measures for its organization in the velayat on the principles of publicity and transparency.
Chairperson of the Mejlis A.Nurberdiyeva informed on the work for elaboration of bills and the measures taken for the election of the Mejlis deputies of the sixth convocation, members of the People’s council and Gengeshys.
Summing up the information, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that law-making activity of National Parliament is the key instrument in the realization of the state policy and integrated reforms aimed at comprehensive dynamic development of the country and improvement of the life level of Turkmen citizens.
The Head of the State highlighted that important social and political event the election of the Mejlis deputies of the sixth convocation, members of velayat, etrap and city People’s councils and Gengeshys, is to be held on March 25 in Turkmenistan.
In this regard, the President expressed the confidence that these elections like the previous ones would be held on wide alternative basis on the principles of democracy, transparency and publicity.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made number of recommendation regarding close work of the Mejlis with the Central Election Committee for further implementation of international standards in national legislation.In addition, Turkmen leader highlighted the importance of using of advanced technologies during the elections for maximum digitalization, particularly for the opportunity of live broadcasting from the pool stations, automatic vote counting system what would provide the impartiality and would considerably speed up the process.
Addressing again the hyakims of the velayats and the capital, the Head of the State urged to approach this subject woth all responsibility and to hold the elections on high organizationla level.
International observers from the CIS and the Democratic Institutes and Human Rights Bureau of the Organization for the Security and Cooperation in Europe, which are to be provided with all conditions for the work and independent assessment of the elections that would indicate the quality of the campaign, were invited to the elections along with the national observers.
Finishing the session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished success in solution to set important objectives to all participants.
