December 16. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference working session with participation of the Speaker of the Mejlis, some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of public and political organizations.
Speaking of big role of public and political organizations in popularization of home and foreign policy of independent and neutral state, strengthening of democratic standards of society, unity and solidarity of people, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that improvement of activity of public and political organizations would be discussed and their utmost objectives would be set at the current session.
First, Chairperson of National Trade Union Center, Chairperson of the Central Women Union G. Atayev has spoked of the works performed by the structures under her supervision.
Further, Chairman of the Central Union of Magtumguly Youth Organization Ya. Ovezberdiyev has informed about measures for improvement of work performed with the youth and provision of their youth participation in important public events.
Further, Vice-president of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the Word R. Bazarov has reported about activity carried out according 2020 plan, which is held under slogan “Turkmenistan Home of Neutrality”.
Chairman of the Democratic Party A.Serdarov has informed about work carried out during the year under slogan “Turkmenistan Home of Neutrality”.The members of the organization have made their deserved contribution to achievement of success by the country, have taken part in public and political work, important events and reforms in the year, which is marked with the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of the Motherland.
Speaking of the future plans, A. Serdarov has informed about works on occasion of the coming year of 2021, which was announced by the UN as International Year of Peace and Trust at the initiative of Turkmenistan.
The events related to transit to two-chamber parliamentary system according to Constitutional Law on Amendment and Addendum of the Constitution of Turkmenistan as well as to highlighting of achievements of sacred independence, which 30th anniversary would be observed next year, were separate subjects of the report.
Further, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has given floor to Chairman of the Central Council of the Agrarian Party B.Annagurbanov who informed about activity of his structure.
The members of the Party take active part in the explanation of goals and objectives, major programs implemented in the country at the initiative of the Leader of the Nation and aimed at social and economic development of the Motherland and modernization of agricultural complex.
Further, Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has given floor to Chairman of the Central Council of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs S. Ovganov who noted in his speech that life level of people is permanently improved in independent neutral Turkmenistan following the motto “The State for Human Being!”.
Information about organized conferences, celebration events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan has been presented.
Further, addressing the Vice-premiers and heads of public and political organizations, the Head of Turkmenistan has highlighted that the support of programs and reforms required by people and country, inspiration of beloved people for creative activity, strengthening of unity and solidarity are the main objectives of these structures.
Today, innovative technologies, scientific achievements, digital information become a part of daily life, the Leader of the Nation continued, having highlighted that public relations are fundamentally changed at the same time.
This circumstance requires public and political organization of the country to renew and improve the methods of the activity, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted, having focused attention of the participants of the session of coming plans and addressed them with certain instructions.
Addressing Chairperson of the National Trade Union Center, Chairperson of the Central Women Union G. Atayeva, the Head of the State has said about the necessity to explain legal acts, which regulate work protection and safe work conditions, to the citizens and to hold seminars about important of Labor Law of Turkmenistan.
Head of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has also pointed out the importance of support of women in scientific and entrepreneurship activity and said that it is necessary to implement advanced practice of the members of the Women Union and to achieve their activity.
Development of proposal to the Mejlis on bringing of the Law of Turkmenistan on Trade Unions, their rights and guarantee of activity into compliance with time requirements has been specified among the main vectors of work.
Speaking of priority objectives of Magtumguly Youth Organization, the Head of the State has ordered its chairman Ya.Ovezberdiyev to take practical measures for comprehensive support of the youth and establishment of wide opportunities for their professional growth, to work on provision of legal and social protection of the youth, popularization of spiritual, moral and cultural values, national customs and traditions.
Continuing, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted the importance of active involvement of the Organization in development of the draft Government Program of the youth policy of Turkmenistan in 2021 2025.
At the same time, it was pointed out at the necessity to extend cooperation with international organizations for establishment of mutual exchange of practice in this sphere and development of joint programs.
Explanation of rights, freedoms and responsibilities of human being and citizen as well as activation of works aimed at provision of access to the internet in difference science and education have been outlined at the current objectives.
Addressing Chairman of the Democratic Party A. Serdarov, the Head of Turkmenistan has pointed out the necessity of explanation of the main objectives of the government policy and fundamental reforms to the population.
At the same time, the necessity of works for deserving celebration of the 30th anniversary of sacred independence of the Motherland has been noted. Using innovative technologies, it is necessary to highlight the goal and importance of the independence.
Chairman of the Agrarian Party B. Annagurbanov was ordered to work on stimulation of the workers of agricultural sphere and all farmers for new work success in production of high quality agricultural goods.
In addition, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has focused on popularization of national farming and livestock breeding traditions among the youth, practical measures for opening of new work places in rural area.
After, the Head of the State has highlighted the main aspects of work of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. In particular, addressing its leader S. Ovganov has noted that it is necessary to attract wide layers of the youth to engage in entrepreneurship in the modern age of technical progress and transit to market relations.
Development of proposal for improvement of legislation in this sphere seems to be perspective for further economic growth of the country, the Leader of the Nation said.
Active participation of the implementation of the government policy in development of private business as well as development and implementation of relative programs of entrepreneurship support were outlined among the main objectives.
The Head of the State has given instruction to Vice-president of Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World to arrange Turkmen cultural associations and branches abroad to hold forums and events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of sacred independence as well as to organize online conferences for wide coverage of the importance of the Resolution “2021 International Year of Peace and Trust”, which was unanimously adopted by the UN General Assembly”.
Continuing, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has ordered to start preparation to organization of the XXIII conference of the Association, which is planned to be held in 2021 in honor of the 30th anniversary of its foundation, on high level.
The Leader of the Nation has focused on the necessity of publication of articles about culture, traditions and life of Turkmen in Türkmen dünýäsi newspaper as well as organization of round table talks with Turkmen living abroad.
The importance to highlight the development of Turkmen language, literature, art, popularization of customs and traditions using the capabilities of digital technologies in international events have been highlighted.
The Head of Turkmenistan has also requested to take all measures for provision of humanitarian aid, which is a symbol of friendship, on high level.
Further, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has requested Vice-premier M. Geldiniyazov to hold development and implementation of the government policy in public and political organization under permanent control/
It is necessary to develop the government program of further improvement of activity of public associations, the Leader of the Nation has pointed out, having outlined enforcement of education and awareness activity of these structures related to declaration of 2021 as International Year of Peace and Trust by the UN among the priority directions.
It is important to achieve active participation of representatives of all levels of the population in successful fulfilment of decisions made at the session of the People’s Council as well as in organized conduct of the first elections of the members of the People Council and National Parliament, which would be held next March, the Leader of the Nation noted.
Explanation of importance of combating and prevention of the spread of the pandemic in the world, compliance with sanitary standards are the main time requirements, the Head of the State highlighted, having addressed the Vice-premier with specific instructions.
Addressing Speaker of the Mejlis G. Mammedova, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted the necessity of close partnership of National Parliament with public and political organization and active implementation of the organization to legal work.
Joint activity of the deputies with representatives of public organizations. Meeting with labor groups, young workers and farmers, students for studying their interests, opinions and proposals are the main vectors of work, the Leader of the Nation said.
Having focused on activation of work among young women on their rights and responsibilities, sacred family values, importance of moral principles of the society, the Head of the State highlighted that these events have to organized by the Women Union and Magtumguly Youth Organization with attraction of female deputies and legal consultants.
The President of the country has also noted the importance of provision of strict control of fulfilment of laws on political parties and public associations, gender equality by the Mejlis.
