December 14. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session with participation of some Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and heads of the regions and Ashgabat.
Issues of social and economic development of the capital and regions of the country, celebration of the coming New Year have been reviewed as well as specific directions of works to be accomplished in winter period have been discussed at the session.
Vice-premier G. Mushikov has reported to Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov about financial and economic indicators of works conducted in Ashgabat within current year.
Further, Head of Ashgabat municipality Ya. Gylyjov has reported on the situation in the capital as well as on works carried out for improvement of social provision of the population and celebration of coming New Year.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Sh. Durdiliyev, which in charge of Ashgabat, has reported on works expanded in Ashgabat on occasion of New Year as well as on the situation at construction sites of the facilities planned to be open timed to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.
Having listened to the reports, the Head of the State focused that works carried out under implementation of regular phase of development of the main city of the country, especially works for development of investment projects, have to comply with time requirements and instructed to approach the solution of current objectives on comprehensive and integrated basis.
The Head of the State highlighted that it is necessary to continue construction of fashionable residential buildings, square and parks as well as to develop proposals on the projects of investments of the 17th phase of Ashgabat urban development.
Continuing the conversation, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has requested to accelerate works for social and economic development of the capital, to organize activity of municipal services and administrative units of the city according to set requirements, to accelerate introduction of digital technologies utility payment process.
Having focused on importance of record-keeping of fulfillment of adopted programs, plans and decisions on further social and economic development of Ashgabat, the Head of the State gave number of instructions to relative officials.
Further, Vice-premier has reported on financial and economic indicators of Ahal Region, results of works performed during the year by relative structures of the region, program measures adopted for increment of their profitability.
Head of Ahal Region Ya. Gurbanov has reported on seasonal agricultural works undertaken these days in the region, preparation to New Year celebration and measures for improvement of activity of social sphere.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Ch.Gylyjov, who is in charge of Ahal Region, has reported on results of works carried out in the region according to the Program of social and economic development of the country in 2019 2025.
It was mentioned that special attention is paid to strengthening of social protection of the population of the region and to systematic improvement of activity of service sphere.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that 2020 has to be accomplished with high indicators, in which regard it is necessary to hold the provision of high production results in the region under permanent control.
It is also necessary to pays close attention to construction of production complexes, development of agricultural lands on scientific basis, opening of work places, the Leader of the Nation highlighted, having given certain assignments to the Vice-premier.
Some of the assignments were related to increment of number of production facilities based on advanced technologies in Ahal Region, modern organization of activity of agricultural industry, increment of lands of agricultural purpose, and increment of food abundance.
Continuing the session, Vice-premier G. Mushikov has reported on the outcomes of work in production structures of Balkan Region as well as on financial and economic indicators achieved by the region this year.
Further, Head of Balkan Region T. Atahalliyev has reported on the situation in the western region of the country, agricultural activity in the fields as well as on the measures for acceleration of the rates of construction of new facilities.
Vice-premier B. Ovezov, who supervises Balkan Region, has reported on works for social and economic development of the region, improvement of activity of industrial production complexes, provision of successful implementation of investment projects. It was highlighted that special attention is paid to wide introduction of digital system to production.
Having listened to the reports, the Leader of the Nation noted the importance of arrangement of activity of agricultural, industrial and social spheres of the region on modern level, efficient use of production, transport and communication potential available in the region.
Having ordered to take integrated measures in this direction, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that it would provide harmonic and comprehensive development of the region.
The Head of the State has pointed that it is necessary to pay the utmost attention to enhancement of efficiency of works at agricultural fields, especially to the harvest of winter crops in Balkan Region, to implement the program of social and economic development of the region, to open new production facilities in the region, which are based on advanced practice.
It is also necessary to provide timely commissioning of facilities built in the western region according to the Program of the President of Turkmenistan on social and economic development of the country in 2019 2025 and National rural program.
President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has requested to improve work on employment and social protection of the population of the region, to enhance activity in service sphere, to hold operation of heating systems in educational, cultural, administrative and public buildings as well as in houses under control.
The Leader of the Nation has highlighted that it is necessary to finish 2020 with high results and to take into account such important criteria as opening of new production facilities and development of production investments while selecting the best city in the region by the outcomes of the year.
Speaking of the necessity of coordinated activity of all divisions and structures of the region for further successful implementation of developed programs and approved plans, Leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has given number of certain instructions.
Further, video conference session was continued with the report of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Mushikov, who is in charge of Dashoguz Region, on financial and economic situation of all structures of the region. Targeted use of capital investments and fulfilment of relative programs were separate subjects of the report.
Head of Dashoguz Region N. Nazarmyradov has reported on works carried out these days at agricultural fields, practical measures for acceleration of construction rates, improvement of social level of the population and celebration of coming holidays.
Continuing working session, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Mushikov has reported on fulfilment of National rural program in the region as well as on measures undertaken for application of advanced scientific achievements and latest methods in agriculture.
The Leader of the Nation has ordered to hold the completion of the year with high results, opening of production complexes in the cities, expansion of lands introduced to crop rotation under permanent control.
Further, Vice-premier G. Mushikov has reported on realization of the program of social and economic development and financial and economic condition of Lebap Region.
Further, Head of Lebap Region Sh. Amangeldiyev has reported on integrated measures undertaken for provision of the population with prosperous life. Agricultural activities as well as preparation of fields and equipment to the next sowing season are carried out in agricultural complex these days.
The session was continued with the report of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Meredov, which is in charge of Lebap Region, on fulfilment of the major governmental programs of opening of modern production facilities based on innovative technologies in the region, improvement of activity of industrially oriented facilities as well as on improvement of life level of the population of the region.
Having listened to the reports, the Leader of the Nation focused on the necessity of fulfilment of all agricultural activities on high level and in set timeline. Such approach is to support to have generous harvest of wheat next year, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said, having ordered to carry out works on picking of winter crops according to set requirements.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E. Orazgeldiyev, who is in charge of Mary Region, has reported on works carried out at the fields of the region, preparation of land and equipment to spring sowing campaign, integrated measures for establishment of necessary conditions for fruitful work of the farmers.
It is necessary to pay special attention to full compliance of agricultural campaigns in the region with modern requirements, the Leader of the Nation ordered. Speaking of importance of successful solution of social objectives, the President of the country has requested to take all measures for improvement of social and living level of the population.
The Head of the State noted that opening of new production facilities in the region, organization of agricultural complex of the region on proper level and increment of food abundance are among the priorities of the government policy.
In this regard, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has pointed out the necessity to pay special attention to occupancy of the population in the region, development of entrepreneurship and establishment of services on modern level.
Having highlighted the issues of social character, the Leader of the Nation noted the importance of provision of uninterrupted work of relative municipal services in winter period, organization of sanitary works in the region and development of cities and villages.
In addition, the Leader of the Nation has requested to hold strengthening of national economy, modernization of production facilities, which lay an important role in strengthening of export capacity of the country, under permanent control and given specific assignments to relative officials.
Summing up the outcomes of working session, the Head of the State has noted the importance of reviewed subjects of comprehensive development of the capital and regions and the necessity to complete the year, which is held under slogan “Turkmenistan Home of Neutrality”, with high results and fulfilment of all plans on establishment of reliable base for the next year.
Finishing working session, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished success in fulfilment of important objectives for further development of the Motherland, provision of prosperous and happy life of people to all participants.
