Cultural delegation of our country left the railway station of the capital for Tajikistan where the Days of Turkmenistan Culture would take place.This event is to bring the input to consolidation of friendship and understanding between the nations of two countries as well as to support the popularization of historical and cultural heritage of Turkmen people.
The train went across Mary and Lebap Velayats.The messengers of Turkmen culture had warm welcome and cordial farewell ceremonies in administration centres of the regions.The participants of the event wished successful fulfilment of the mission for expansion of Turkmen Tajik humanitarian cooperation to the delegations, which is composed of the personnel of cultural and educational spheres, art masters and intellectuals representing all regions of the country.
The programme of the Days of Turkmen Culture includes the presentation of the book of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov “Turkmenistan the Heart of the Great Silk Road”, meeting of the representatives of educational and cultural spheres of two countries, during which the aspects of activation of cooperation would be discussed.
Book exposition, exhibition of decorative and applied art items, concert of art masters are also planned.Collective of Seiytnazar Seydi Lebap Music and Drama Theatre will show “Dayahatyn” stage play by motifs of the work of Head of the State “Turkmenistan the Heart of the Great Silk Road”.
The delegation of our country will also visit Dusti settlement in Khatlon Region, the Republic of Tajikistan where Turkmen diaspora lives.
