On January 13, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has held video conference session with participation of some Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of Ahal and Dashoguz Regions as well as the Minister of the Education.
Current objectives of further social and economic development of the country and other issues of the state life have been reviewed at the session.
First, the floor was given to Governor of Ahal Region Ya.Gurbanov who reported on current situation in the region, care of the winter crops, which is taken according to agricultural standards, preparation of fields and agricultural equipment to spring sowing campaign.
The Governor has also informed the Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on activity of relative structures for implementation of National rural program.
It was reported that 6 hectares hot house in Kaahka District, textile complexes, which are provided as per international standards, in Kaahka and Babadayhan Districts would be put into operation in 2021, which is held under slogan “Turkmenistan Home of Peace and Trust”.
Ashgabat Tejen highway and the first phase of the complex of buildings of new modern administrative center of Ahal Region are also planned to be put into operation.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted the importance of strict control of provision of fields with water, improvement or soil condition of the fields and preparation to spring sowing.
The Leader of the Nation highlighted that special attention has to be paid to the immediate measures for provision of the residents of the region with electricity, water and gas.
In this regard, the Governor has received relative instructions.
The Head of the State has pointed out the necessity to hold under permanent control the works at the facilities planned to opened on occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Motherland’s independence. It is also necessary to develop cultural program on occasion of the glorious celebration, the President of the country said.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Ch. Gylyjov, who is in charge of Ahal Region, has reported on the results of working trip around the districts of the region, situation at the facilities, which opening is timed to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.
Having listened to the report, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of strict control of the construction of facilities in the region and provision of high quality and compliance of built facilities with international standards.
At the same time, special attention has to be paid to social provision of the people in the region, the Leader of the Nation said, having given number of certain instructions to the Vice-premier and Governor.
Further, Governor of Dashoguz Region N.Nazarmyradov has reported on works at the fields, care of the winter crops, integrated preparation to spring agricultural campaigns.The head of the region has also reported on the preparation of schools in the second half of the year in the region and situation at the construction sites of the facilities planned to be opened on occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s independence.
In particular, the information about construction of Türkmeniň ak öýi for 3,000 people for cultural and public events and hall for traditional food donation for 3,000 seats has been presented.
In addition, it was reported that according to the plan, multi-profile hospital for 450 patients, oncological clinic for 150 patients and 15 residential buildings on Gyorogly Street are under construction in Dashoguz.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov focused on the necessity to carry out active preparation to spring agricultural campaigns together with current field works. The Head of the State said that sowing campaign has to be held on organized level, in set period and with high quality.
The Leader of the Nation continued that special attention has to be paid to provision of the population of the region with electricity, water and gas.It is necessary to prepare to the start of schools in the second half of the year on high level, the President of the country highlighted, having requested the Governor to hold these subjects under control.
Speaking of the objectives for realization of National rural program, the Head of the State has focused on the importance of acceleration of construction rates at the facilities planned to be opened on the 30th celebration of independence and on compliance with the schedule of construction.
Development of the program of cultural events on occasion of remarkable dates has also be under control, the Leader of the Nation summed up.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G. Mushikov, who supervises Dashoguz Region, has been called to the session. The Vice-premier has reported on the results of working trip to the northern region of the country at the request of the Head of the State and on construction of facilities.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that major reforms conducted in the epoch of might and happiness make strong platform for stable development of national economy.
The Leader of the Nation highlighted that timely completion of construction of the facilities in Dashoguz Region would make positive effect on improvement of social level of the population in the region.
At the same time, the President of Turkmenistan has noted the importance of introduction of achievement of digitization to operation of life support systems of residential buildings.
Having said that the Government would continue providing comprehensive support to these works, the Leader of the Nation demanded to provide strict control of targeted use of resources, having given relative instructions on this account to the Vice-premier and Governor.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M. Geldiniyazov and Minister of Education O. Gurbanov have been called to the session.
It was mentioned that in winter period, special attention is paid to operation of heating systems in schools and other educational facilities. Provision of educational institutes with visual guides and learning books is under permanent control. At the same time, special attention is paid to improvement of qualification of teachers and to improvement of work of educational facilities.
Having listened to the report, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted the importance of objectives given to educational facilities of the country on implementation of digital systems, active development of scientific achievements and latest technologies.
It is necessary to take measures for organized start of schools in the second half of the year and to pays special attention to provision of schools with all what is required, the President of the country said, having addressed the Minister of Education with relative instructions.
Further, Vice-premier M. Geldniyazov has reported on the situation in the structures under his supervision including on integrated reforms held under the leadership of the Head of the State in educational sphere.
It was mentioned that special attention is paid to making of necessary conditions for improvement of national education system and taking of it to the world level as well as for scientific achievements of young scientists. Comprehensive work is carried out for introduction of digital system, improvement of education and qualification of personnel.
Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has noted that educational facilities of the country have important tasks including the implementation of advanced practice in the spheres of the economy, activation of digital systems, training of qualified specialists fro all branches of national economy.
Advanced practice and modern technologies have to be implemented for gradual reformation of the activity of educational facilities, the Leader of the Nation said, having given relative instructions to the Vice-premier.
Special attention has to be paid to conduct of the events, which educational facilities prepare for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Motherland’s independence, on high level, the Head of the State said.
