First of all, let me extend my cordial congratulations on publication of your new book “Turkmenistan Home of Neutrality”, which presentation was held on the threshold of the celebration of remarkable date the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan!
Your monumental work is dedicated to Turkmen people, its history and future.This is a history of Turkmenistan’s neutrality, your strategy and those deep reforms in politics, diplomacy, economics, cultural and humanitarian sphere, which you implement with big success.
It is said in your book that neutrality and peace are closely connected with each other.Neutrality is a movement forward, guarantee of peace on our planet.
Being a head of Austrian Turkmen Association, it is a great honor for me and our Association to make our due contribution to the formation of favorable environment for development of friendly relations between Turkmenistan and Austria including by cultural and humanitarian relations.
Making our input to the development of economic relations and business between our countries and taking into account that leading companies of Austria are the members of Austrian Turkmen Association, we have signed the Agreement on cooperation in development, implementation and promotion of business, opening of joint ventures and attraction of investments to various spheres of the economy, industry and construction between the government authorities, companies and private entrepreneurs of our two states with TMT Consulting Group.
Your policy of cultural diplomacy is a strengthening and expansion of humanitarian relations with Austria and its capital.An important place in this process is given to organization of Vienna Balls in Ashgabat.
Each Veinna ball in Turkmen capital becomes an unforgettable event for all participants and guests confirming again that culture and art help to overcome the borders and distances uniting people in their desire to peace on the planet.
