Expressing satisfaction with the progressive fruitful character of partnership with the Republic of Tatarstan that successfully develops in the framework of the interstate dialogue with the Russian Federation, the President of Turkmenistan highly evaluated the positive experience of work with KAMAZ PTC that ranks among the world leading producers of heavy vehicles.
The status and the prospects of further cooperation, in particular the deliveries of new modern equipment to our country were discussed during the meeting.President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that in the framework of modernization and diversification of the national economy, Turkmenistan took specific steps to implement all promising plans.
Carrying out the ambitious projects in the industrial sector as well as transport and communication sphere on the regional and international level, our country focuses on the advanced achievements in the scientific and technical ideas and innovative technologies and pays paramount importance to the environmental issues.
Therefore, particularly high demands on safety, reliability and environmental requirements are made on transport, including road transport.In this context, the meeting participants exchanged their views on a number of important trends in the development of the world automotive industry, including the production of electric vehicles, the widespread use of plastic materials, various polymer products in the automotive industry, and synthetic fuels in road transport.
It was noted that the new gas processing complexes, including polypropylene and polyethylene production complexes, Euro-5 standard gasoline production complex will be put into operation in the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan soon.
All this opens up wide opportunities for building up fruitful cooperation between the industrial enterprises, as well as for joint scientific and technological developments between the educational institutions of the two countries.
Emphasizing that Turkmenistan market is one of the key ones for KAMAZ, Sergey Kogogin confirmed the high interest of KAMAZ company in further strengthening and expanding mutually beneficial business contacts with Turkmen partners.
