President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held video conference working session with the participation of certain vice-premiers and Hyakim of Ashgabat.Key issues of social and economic development of the country, preparation to remarkable events as well as other priority objectives have been reviewed at the session.
First, the Head of the State called Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers E.Orazgeldiyev who is in charge of agricultural industry.The Vice-premier reported on the course of seasonal field works.
In addition, the official reported about the preparation to coming remarkable events, in particular, to Harvest festival, which is widely observed in the country.Having noted that decision of the first session of the People’s Council play great role in fulfilment of the obligations undertaken by the farmers, the Head of the State highlighted that current achievements of cotton growers are bright evidence of this fact.
The emasures taken in this direction meet modern requirements.In order to make an objective assessment of the activity of all links of agricultural chain, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov ordered the Vice-premier to make analysis of work of the heads of his ministries and departments under his supervision as well as hyakims of velayats and etraps.
The Head of the State noted that generous yield of cotton has been produced owing to timely and qualitative agricultural works.Good weather conditions supported comprehensive opening of the bolls.
Taking these facts into consideration, the President ordered the Vice-premier to mobilize additional resources for rapid collection of remained cotton in the fields.Turkmen leader focused in the necessity of works according to agrotechnical standards and preparation of the lands to the next year sowing.
Settlement of payment with the farmers is special objective to be controlled by the authorities.Having highlighted the preparation to Harvest festival, the Head of the State noted that cultural public events dedicated to the outcomes of agricultural campaign have to be held on high organizational level.
The Head of the State highlighted that the best employees of the campaign have to be awarded with valuable gifts during the celebration, having addressed the Vice-premier with number of assignments.
After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakiyev reported on the situation in transport and communication complex and the measures for improvement of work of transport and transit corridors.
The Vice-premier also reported on the preparation to international conference on Lazuli Route (Afghanistan Turkmenistan Azerbaijan Georgia Turkey Europe) in Turkmenbashy.Having listened to the report the Head of the State noted that the importance of Turkmenistan as transit and transport hub is growing at present time and railway and road communication in North South direction has been increased significantly.
In this regard, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that it is necessary to arrange the work of relevant structures.The Head of the State noted that it is necessary to approach the modernization of work of Turkmenhowayollary Service and bringing of work of Turkmenbashy International Seaport to full capacity more actively.
Having focused in the importance of using marketing method in activation of the activity of seaport as well as on improvement of qualification of specialists, the President addressed the Vice-premier with number of assignments.
After, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers K.Durdymyradov reported on the situation in industrial complex.Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his discontent with the work of the State Concern Turkmenhimiya.
Having mentioned great importance of potassium production at Garlyk Complex for national economy, the Head of the State ordered to provide efficient work of this facility.It has been more than a year since Garlyk Potassium Fertilizers Mining Complex was opened, however, the work of this industrial giant has not been brought up to design output and there is no any proposals from the management to correct the situation.
The President requested the Vice-premier to make thorough analysis of existing deficiencies, to prepare and submit relative documents to international arbitration to solve all issue related to the work of the complex.
Video conference working session was continued by the report of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers G.Myradov who informed on the work for development of the Draft State Budget for 2019.
The Vice-premier informed that special emphasis is laid on the objectives of steadfast improvement of financial condition of the country in this document.Having listened to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that issues related to the activity of financial and economic sector have to be always in the centre of attention, having noted the necessity of balanced State Budget for dynamic development of national economy.
Therefore, the structures of economic complex have to put maximum efforts for further development of all branches of national economy, the Head of the State said.Next, Hyakim of Ashgabat Sh.
Durdyliyev reported on the works in the capital for preparation of the projects of new constructions as well as on coming events.Summing up the information, the Head of the State focused on the necessity to support the order and cleanness in the capital.
All construction works have to be under permanent control.The President gave number of specific assignments on provision of uninterrupted work of heating systems in residential buildings, schools, kindergartens to the Head of the capital administration as well as ordered to pay special attention to architectural image of Ashgabat.
Speaking of coming events, the President of Turkmenistan highlighted that all celebration events have to be organized according to the time requirements and addressed number of assignments to the Hyakim on this account.
In the end of the session, the Head of the State expressed the confidence in successful realization of all planned works aimed at social and economic development of the country and improvement of life level of Turkmenistan citizens.
