The solemn ceremony of opening the School Cultural and Sports Festival of the Caspian States took place in the Avaza National tourism zone.This event includes the competitions in six sports - belt wrestling, futsal, volleyball, 3x3 basketball, table tennis and chess.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov addressed the young participants of the cultural and sports forum.Those speaking during the opening ceremony expressed satisfaction with the results of cooperation between the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs of Turkmenistan and the All-Russian School Sports Federation.
Inspired by high confidence, young athletes participated in the volleyball, futsal, table tennis and chess competitions with great enthusiasm.Numerous spectators watched the competition and supported the athletes.
