Improvement of qualification level of military personnel, their service and living conditions was separate subject.The Supreme Commander noted the border guard staff, who have an important and responsible mission, must remember that independent neutral Turkmenistan is committed to centuries-old traditions of friendship and fraternity with its neighbours.

Atdayev who reported on the activity of the department under his command for nine months of the year.Having made an accent on the necessity of responsible approach to solution of set objectives of the structure, the President demanded to eliminate any attempts of violation of existing national legislation from the representative of government and private structures.
Chairman of the Supreme Court G.Halliyev reported on the outcomes of work of judicial departments for January - September of this year and on the measures implemented for improvement of qualification of judges and provision of the supremacy of law during study of court cases and claims.
Information on practical measures carried out for the period under review in the context of reforms in national legal procedure system was also presented.Summing up the report, the President noted that activity of this department has to meet the tasks and objectives of socially oriented policy led by Turkmenistan and highlighted the importance of control of the lawfulness of the verdicts made by judges.
Minister of National Security D.Bayramov made report on the outcomes of activity of his structure for support of stable situation in the country for designated period.Speaking of the importance of work undertaken by the personnel of the Ministry, the Supreme Commander highlighted that peace and order serve as integral condition of further prosperity of Turkmenistan.
Having given specific assignments related to further improvement of work of the Ministry of National Security, the Head of the State noted the importance of coordinated work of all structures of this department.
Next, Chairman of the State Custom Service Ya.Soyegov reported on work carried out for 9 months of the year, particularly on the measures undertaken for provision of thorough inspection of cargoes crossing the border.
The Head of the State noted that expansion of international economic relations as well as favourable geographic location of the country support the growth of goods volumes and number of transport vehicles crossing the border.
It is necessary to use new technology provided to custom terminals and checkpoints with maximum efficiency and to pay utmost attention to professional training of personnel of the Service, the Supreme Commander said.
After, Chairman of the State Migration Service M.Nobatov reported on the results of work carried out by his structure for designated period.Having stated with delight the tendency of growth of foreign citizens expressing the interest in Turkmenistan and its rich history and cultural heritage, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov outlined the number of objectives of the Service.
Further modernization of equipment and facilities base of this structure and improvement of living conditions of personnel and their families are important directions, Turkmen Leader noted.The Head of the State Anti-Economic Crimes Service M.
Chakiyev reported on the outcomes of work of his department carried out under implementation of the State Anticorruption Programme.Having highlighted the importance of work in this direction, the President noted that transparency of the activity of the government structures and local companies are the main objectives of this work.
Having focused the attention of number of priority tasks, the Supreme commander addressed relative assignments to the Head of this department.Minister of Justice B.Muhammedov reported on the results of activity of his ministry for the period under review.
Having listened to the report, the President of Turkmenistan pointed the attention on the necessity of provision of professional legal assistance to the population by legal consultations during reception of the citizens.
