Chairman of the Board of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation, Polad Bülbüloglu, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for International Cultural Cooperation Mikhail Shvydkoy, as well as IFESCCO executive director Anatoly Iksanov addressed a message to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. “On May 14-17, 2019, in frames of Turkmenistan’s presidency over the Commonwealth of Independent States, Ashgabat successfully hosted the XIV Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS Member States”, the message says. “The forum won wide international recognition, made a significant contribution to strengthening the common humanitarian space of the Commonwealth of Independent States, contributed to the emergence of many new diverse partnerships in the field of science and culture, received widespread coverage in the media in all CIS countries.
